Pineapple Perfection

INGREDIENTS (serving size 1)

  • 2 oz white rum

  • 2oz ginger beer

  • 4oz pineapple juice

  • 2 fresh mint leaves

  • dark rum float (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a cocktail shaker over ice add white rum, pineapple juice, and mint leaves. Shake well.

  2. Add ginger beer and mix well.

  3. Top with a splash of dark rum, pineapple, and mint (optional)

  4. Enjoy!

The Greenhouse

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Large English Cucumber

  • 8 Fresh Mint Leaves

  • 1/2 Cup Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice

  • 1/3 Cup Sugar

  • 1/2 TSP Fresh Grated Ginger

  • 2 Cups Water

  • 4oz Sake

  • Cucumber Slices and Mint Leaves (Garnish)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a blender add cucumber, mint, lime juice, sugar, ginger, and 1 cup water - blend well

  2. Using a fine mesh strainer, carefully strain the blended liquid into a cocktail shaker over ice.

  3. Add sake and shake well (do not shake if using sparking sake, be sure to only stir to avoid a giant mess!)

  4. Pour into a glass over ice, garnish, and enjoy!

Grapefruit Margarita

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Grapefruit (juiced)

  • 1/2 lime (juiced)

  • 1 tbsp agave nectar

  • 1.5 oz tequila

  • 1 oz triple sec

  • Pink Himalayan salt (for rim)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Begin by juicing the grapefruit and lime

  2. In a shaker- add ice, grapefruit juice, lime juice, agave nectar, triple sec, and tequila - shake!

  3. On a plate, add enough pink himalayan salt for glass rims.

  4. Using a lime wedge, line the rim of two rocks glasses with lime juice and then dip into himalayan pink salt.

  5. Add ice to both glasses and pour shaker

  6. Garnish with a lime wedge of grapefruit slice
