INGREDIENTS (serving size 1)
2 oz white rum
2oz ginger beer
4oz pineapple juice
2 fresh mint leaves
dark rum float (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
In a cocktail shaker over ice add white rum, pineapple juice, and mint leaves. Shake well.
Add ginger beer and mix well.
Top with a splash of dark rum, pineapple, and mint (optional)
